Are the chemicals you use safe for kids and pets?

Yes, when properly applied our chemical solutions will not harm pets and kids. Our technicians go through ongoing training in order to learn the safest methods and practices when applying chemical solutions in and around your home. In most cases we only treat baseboards and areas usually not contacted by people and pets. We ask that kids and pets be kept off treated areas for at least 1-hour to allow treated areas to fully dry. Once fully dried, treated areas can be safely contacted again.
Do you use organic pesticides?

Yes, we have organic and eco-friendly treatment options available for most of our services.
Will my pets be safe around the Rodent Bait Stations you place around my home?

Yes, we always have the safety of your pets in mind when treating your home for pest issues. We only use the highest rated Tier 1 tamper proof bait stations in and around your home. Our technicians are highly trained in proper bait station placement to insure the absolute safety of your furry companions. We also inform you of the location of all stations in our service notes.
Why am I still seeing insects and mice after my home was treated?

Pests can be very resilient and persistent. It may take up to 2-weeks for our products to gain full control of a pest issue. In most cases we ask that you give it a week or 2 for our products to become fully effective. We are always happy and willing to come out again if a particular pest issue persists. For some insects such as ants, the goal is to transfer the pesticide product deep into the ant colony where the queen resides. This transfer proccess requires us to use products that will not kill the forgaging pest ants too quickly.
What are the benefits of a service plan?

Insect and Rodent pests in most cases are quite persistent. Our insect and rodent service plans are often more effective than a one-time treatment. Service plans allow us to not only eliminate the issue but prevent a future pest problem. Our service plans cover a large variety of rodent and insect pests and gives access to most of our pest services throughout the year without having to pay for initial services again. Service plans will also unlock perks like emergency visits, unlimited call backs and free inspections on the current property or any other property you own.
What pest service plan is right for my home?

The correct service plan for you is determined by the pest pressure around your home and your overall expectations. We offer Semi-annual, Tri-annual, Quarterly, Bi-monthly and even Monthly plans.
